Webinar: Social Safety in the Workplace

In December, we invite all employees and their managers to join a short and practical webinar on social safety in the workplace. Simply choose one of the available dates – separate sessions are prepared for managers and non-managers. An English version is available for international colleagues.

The webinar is part of the Safe MENDELU platform, which promotes the prevention and resolution of inappropriate behaviour within the university environment.

What will you learn?

  • The different forms of inappropriate behaviour (mobbing, bossing, staffing, conscious and unconscious bullying, pathological bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination).
  • How these behaviours manifest, their impact on individuals, teams and the institution, and ways to address them.
  • Practical steps to create a socially safe environment and prevent harmful practices.

Lecturer: Mgr. Michaela Švejdová from the Mobbing Free Institute, an expert in workplace behaviour prevention and fostering a healthy work culture.
