New Application for Request for Clearing in the Employee Portal UIS

From January 20 to February 15, 2025, a new application will be available in the Employee Portal UIS, allowing you to easily submit a request for clearing of tax reconciliation.
The SAP and UIS development teams have prepared a new application, Request for Clearing, which will simplify the process of submitting a request for your employer's tax reconciliation. This new feature allows you to complete the process electronically directly from the Employee Portal UIS.

Request for Clearing
With this application, you will no longer need to contact the Payroll Office of the Economic Department – you can submit your request quickly and easily on your own. The application also includes help, accessible by clicking on the ? icon in the top right corner.
If you choose to request clearing, the option to download your Income Confirmation will automatically be disabled, so you will need to choose only one of the options.
The application will be available only from January 20 to February 15, 2025.
