SIF

Each university department/faculty has its own Faculty System Integrator. Staff and students of the respective departments can contact these individuals in case of issues or errors in the information system.

OSVT

Each institute has a person (a hero) responsible for managing computing technology, known as OSVT (Person Managing Computing Technology).

The OSVT is responsible for: installing computer software, resolving issues with licenses, malfunctioning printers, handling warranty claims, and performing minor repairs.
